Shipping policy

12on12’s shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Fine art pieces (framed or unframed) are packaged in hard, padded boxes, insured, and delivered within 4-6 weeks.

Vinyl and lifestyle products are delivered within 1-2 weeks, in most cases a lot sooner.

Shipment will be carried out by our global logistics partners DHL Express, DHL, USPS, FedEx and Royal Mail.

Please note our customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, where they may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
